Provide expert opinion based on the Dictionary of Occupational Titles, the Selected Characteristics of Occupations, knowledge of physical and mental demands of occupations, required, educational and skill levels, characteristics of jobs and work settings, the transferability of work skills, and the incidence of jobs in the current labor market.
